Speculations on Mahesh Babu's soldier getup

We have seen Allu Arjun completely undergoing makeover for ‘Naa Surya Naa Illu India’ to look exactly like Indian army soldier with trim hair cut, and thin sideburns. Now that Mahesh Babu is all set to don the similar role in his next film ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’, speculations are going on his new getup.

Mahesh Babu has tried beard look for young role in ‘Maharshi’ but generally he sports classy getup in all movies. Will he go for Indian army cut for hairstyle to portray the army Jawaan’s role? As per the story, the movie has no scenes involving Indian army though Mahesh Babu plays a soldier who is on his leave.

The film will commence its regular shoot this month end. Anil Ravipudi is directing this film and it more focusses on funnier side of Mahesh Babu.

The basic plot hinges on the line – what issues a soldier would deal when he has to live in the civil society. Mahesh Babu is currently holidaying with his family in Europe. Once he lands in Hyderabad, director Anil Ravipudi will have discussion with Mahesh Babu about his character’s look and getup.

‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and firebrand Vijayashanti is making comeback to the acting after nearly two decades. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. It is being produced by Anil Sunkara’s production house in association with Dil Raju’s banner and Mahesh Babu’s production house.

‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ is slated for Sankranthi 2020 release.
