Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has postponed the start of shooting for “Spirit,” starring Prabhas, to October 2025. Originally planned as Prabhas’s landmark 25th film, “Spirit” may no longer hold that position due to delays and reshuffling in his film lineup.
There is growing speculation about which project will ultimately become his 25th film, as the actor is juggling multiple big-budget ventures, including Salaar 2, Kalki 2, Spirit, and an untitled film with director Prashanth Varma.
As of now, only two releases are confirmed: “The Raja Saab,” set to release later this year, and “Fauji,” directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, expected to hit theaters in 2026.
Clarity on Spirit’s position in Prabhas’s filmography is expected only after the film goes on floors later this year.
