Top stars attaching their banners to big movies

All top stars have their own production houses. Ram Charan owns Konidela Productions. NTR doesn’t have a production house of his own but his brother Kalyan Ram’s NTR Arts has now become his banner. Allu Arjun has Geetha Arts. For Prabhas, UV Creations is like his own. Vijay Deverakonda floated ‘King of The Hill Entertainment’, while Nani is producing films on his friend Prashanthi’s banner Wall Poster Cinema.

These are all known things. The new trend in Tollywood is that top stars are demanding a share in the films they are acting in. They are making their home banners as partners in the production. They bet a share in the profits besides remuneration. 

NTR has made producer S Radha Krishna team up with his brother Kalyan Ram for his next film to be directed by Trivikram. This will be a joint production of Haarika Haasine Creations and NTR Arts.

Similarly, Allu Arjun has included another banner Muttamsetty Media as co-producer for his upcoming ‘Pushpa’ being directed by Sukumar. While Mythri Movie Makers will remain the main production house, Bunny’s relative is also getting money from profits as co-produce.

Ram Charan has so far is producing films on Konidela Productions banner with his father. He had produced ‘Khaidi No 150’ and ‘Sye Raa’ and is presently co-producing ‘Acharya’. Reports suggest he will also follow NTR and Allu Arjun for his future films.

Mahesh Babu also floated GMB banner and has been including his banner as co-production house of all of his movies. He was one of the producers for ‘Maharshi’ and ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’.
