Vamshi Paidipally to approach NTR or Ram Charan?

Director Vamshi Paidipally didn’t expect that Mahesh Babu would put his film on the backburner given his close bonding with the star and his family members. But the superstar is very particular about the script. Thus, their second collaboration after ‘Maharshi’ has landed in the soup. 

When Mahesh Babu rejected his script, Vamshi Paidipally went in a state of shock for a week and is now looking for other options. While producer Dil Raju asked him to work on another script and approach Mahesh Babu again, the ‘Maharshi’ director is now contemplating to approach other stars like NTR and Ram Charan with whom he also maintains good relations. But launching next film with them is not that easy. 

NTR is currently shooting for ‘RRR’ which is expected to be wrapped up by April. From May or June, he will join the shoot of director Trivikram’s next. Even if NTR agrees to Paidipally’s script, he will not have the luxury to allot dates this year.

Ram Charan, however, can okay Vamshi’s film if he likes the script. Charan is currently holding talks with several directors but he has not given his final nod to them. Charan is also particular about script now. We have to see whether Vamshi Paidipally can impress his ‘Yevadu’ star with his script again?
