Bollywood’s Maddock Films eyes Vijay Deverakonda project

Maddock Films has emerged as one of Bollywood’s most successful production houses in recent years. With blockbuster franchises and hits such as “Stree,” “Stree 2,” “Bhediya,” “Munjya,” and “Thamma,” producer Dinesh Vijan has turned Maddock into one of the most sought-after banners in Mumbai.

After recently collaborating with Rashmika Mandanna, the production house is now reportedly looking at a project with Vijay Deverakonda.

Vijay Deverakonda was recently spotted at the Maddock Films office in Mumbai. He was accompanied by filmmaker Vikram Kumar of “24” and “Ishq” fame. According to industry buzz, Vijay has given the nod to a script narrated by Vikram Kumar, and the duo is said to be pitching the project to Maddock Films as a pan-India venture.

At present, Vijay Deverakonda has a packed slate of films in various stages of production. These include “Ranabaali” and “Rowdy Janardhana.” He also recently launched a new project with “Hi Nanna” director Souryuv. If all goes as planned, the Vikram Kumar film could become the fourth major project on Vijay’s lineup.
