Kamal Haasan confirms playing the villain’s role

Kamal Haasan, the legendary actor, has confirmed that he will play a negative role in “Kalki 2898 AD.”

“I grew up in the analog film era, when positive copies were only available with negative copies. I accepted the film for this reason,” he said, implying that he will play the villain in the film.

The dystopian sci-fi thriller “Kalki 2898 AD” stars Prabhas as the hero. Another important role is played by legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. Deepika Padukone plays the female lead role. Disha Patani also plays the other female lead.

Kamal Haasan has played negative characters in his own films such as “Abhay,” but the fact that he agreed to play a villain in a Prabhas film shows how impressed he must have been with the story and the role.
