Ravi Teja has given go-ahead to director Santosh Srinivas. The director of ‘Kandireega’, ‘Rabhasa’ and ‘Hyper’ has been waiting to remake Tamil movie ‘Theri’ in Telugu from the last three and half years and he has finally got nod from Ravi Teja now.
Buzz in the industry is that this remake of ‘Theri’ has been christened ‘Kanakadurga’. Ravi Teja will play the role of a strict police officer. The film’s shoot will begin shortly. Mythri Movie Makers is producing it.
