Andhra Pradesh government today issued a G.O granting several relief measures to the film theater owners and Telugu film industry who were severely hit by the coronavirus pandemic.
The government has waived electricity fixed charges for three months in 2020 and allowed deferred payment for six months for the period from July to December 2020. Interest subvention on loans taken by the theater exhibitors has also been announced.
These measures will help the exhibitors in Andhra Pradesh. Megastar Chiranjeevi, producer Dil Raju, and other celebrities thanked Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for the relief measures.
