India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire!

After India and Pakistan headed to the brink of war, here comes the news of a ceasefire. Donald Trump, the president of the United States, first posted on his social media about India and Pakistan agreeing to a ceasefire.

Trump wrote, “After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a FULL AND IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE. Congratulations to both countries on using common sense and great intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Later, Indian officials also informed the media about stopping action. NDTV, citing government sources, wrote, “India and Pak have agreed to a ceasefire and to stop all military action effective 5 pm today.”

So, the war was averted. Normal life will return. Many movies scheduled for release were apprehensive about what would happen if India declared war.
