Rajinikanth’s Robo 2 titled Robo 2.0

Director Shankar today announced the title of his magnum opus as Robo 2.0. Till now it was being referred as Robo 2 (in Telugu) and Enthiran 2 (in Tamil), sequel to his record-breaking hit movie Robo/Enthiran, starring superstar Rajinikanth in dual role.

Shankar also made it clear that the film’s regular commences on Wednesday (Dec 16). Shankar tweeted, “2.0 shoot starts from tomorrow.. Excited!!!”

Rajinikanth joins the shoot on the very first day. Special sets are erected at a studio in Chennai. The movie is made on big scale by the production house Lyca and it has Amy Jackson as one of the heroines.
